My Story,
Why Ocean and Surf Photography ?
I've always felt drawn to the ocean, spending countless hours gazing at the horizon and the rhythm of the waves. These moments feel suspended in time, where only nature and a profound calm exist. In 2017, I discovered scuba diving, and soon after, photography, as I began editing my underwater shots.
After two years living at Bondi Beach, one of Australia’s most iconic beaches, I became fascinated with surfers and the ocean’s movements. Curious, I bought a drone—and that changed everything. One evening, while capturing the majestic sight of migrating whales, I was hooked. It felt like an invitation into an entirely new world, an immersive journey into the heart of the ocean.
From my passion for photography and travel, Nicola Letoublon Photography was born. I believe that each photo tells a unique story and invites us to see the world from a different perspective.
